Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director of the upcoming theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 to 2019 having been an actor and board member of SSC since 2011. While Artistic Director of SSC she also served as the company's producer costume/set designer writer/music director as well as a text coach. Though she typically led within her acting ensemble, in her last year of work as an actor in SSC King Lear, she became a director and lighting designer. Las Lomas High School was where she studied and cheered. She briefly attended Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Personally, Post was previously was married to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross is her husband of 22 years since 1982. They have two daughters. Post's work as an actor, wife and mother is admired by many.
