Andressa Urach

At just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a romance and Tiago Costa. The couple lived together for three months, after they began dating. They had one child, Arthur Urach Costa born on May 19, 2005. After disagreements over marriage, they separated in 2008 after 6 years together. Andressa moved in together with their son in her mother's place. After six months of separation, she quit her job and then decided to leave her son to his father to try for a better life opportunity at Sao Paulo however, being highly ambitious and self-centered, the main reason she left her home in the South was to become a successful and wealthy. In the book Morri Para Viver Andressa Urach says she suffered sexual abuse throughout her early years as a result of the abuse her foster grandfather suffered that occurred from two years old until 8. Andressa was able to get away from any abuse since her foster grandmother noticed the perpetrators in the act. Andressa went back to stay at home with her mom who was unaware that Andressa was a victim of sexual abuse until she wrote her book. The woman's interviews confirmed that it was unattainable for her prior to the moment of her transformation. To forgive her abuser was something she thought was impossible. The decision I took was one of the hardest decisions I've made in my entire existence. I contacted the man I had been sexually abused by. It wasn't an easy thing to make. I told him on the phone following a lot of prayers and fasting that I had forgiven the man. Even though I'm in no way guilty, I pleaded with forgiveness. It was just a simple plea.
