Angie Harmon has been an American model/actress for many years. She's appeared in numerous films and television series. Her first job was as an actress and model. Once she achieved international recognition her acting career began. She started her acting in 1995 when she appeared on the show on television called 'Baywatch nights'. She also does voice-acting and voice-overs. Harmon was able to decide in the early 2000s to pursue film as her primary focus and not work on the TV shows. Then, in the beginning of 2000 she returned to TV series following a brief time in movies. She was among the very few actors who been photographed in a discreet manner for the "Allure" magazine in the year 2008. The role of detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. As a detective, she was highly praised and received prizes. Angie Harmon is nominated and recognized for her outstanding performance.
